DM Construtora de Obras Ltda, through its pre-fabricated structures division, has just completed two more projects of great importance for the area of educational construction in the state of São Paulo, the Academic Pavilion – Phase 02 and the Biotério Building, both for the Methodist Institute for Higher Learning. With these two projects, DM Construtora de Obras Ltda and Bauhaus Construções Racionalizadas have completed a total of four projects in less than two years for the same educational institution. It is worth mentioning that the architectural projects are the design of the renowned and prize-winning architect, Paulo Zimbres.
