DM Construtora de Obras Ltda –Industrial Division – executed a contract with the Technological Institute for Development - LACTEC. The scope of the proposal included the construction of foundations, supporting beams and a slim pre-fabricated structure, with a total volume of approximately 1,120 cubic meters of concrete. A project that has pre-fabricated components like pillars, beams and alveolated slabs differentiate the project from conventional constructions projects, pieces that demonstrates the methodology efficiency of the DM Construtora – Industrial Division, thus standing out as unique in the pre-fabricated market, as much for the construction works that contain structural elements, as for the difficulties and specialties for fabrication.
