MANAGEMENT INTEGRATED SYSTEM – SIG

DM Construtora de Obras Ltda started its “first steps” in the Management Systems implantation in 1997.

 On October 27, 1998 DM Construtora de Obras Ltda received the first certificate of its Quality Management System, of the DQS DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 Norm - (German Association for Management Systems Certification).

On November 12, 2001 DM Construtora de Obras Ltda went through re-certification of its Quality Management System of NBR ISO9002:1994 by DQS.

On July 30, 2003, it received a new certification of its Quality Management System, according to NBR ISO9001:2000 norm, by DQS, in the scopes:

 “Elaboration and development of infrastructure and edification of projects of engineering, management and work execution.”

"Elaboration and development of projects of engineering and industrialization and execution of concrete prefabricated works."

In 2004, the enterprise started the implantation of Environmental Management System, according to NBR ISO 14001:2004 norm, with the Waste Management Program definition, the procedure of Aspects Evaluation and Environmental Impacts, training of Fire Brigade among other actions.

On December 23, 2005, it approved the Management Integrated Policy aiming to implant its Management Integrated System - SIG, according to NBR ISO9001:2000, NBR ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 norms.

The activities were retaken in April 2007 with the decision of giving continuity in the implantation of Management Integrated System with the inclusion of SA8000:1997 – Social Responsibility norm.

MANAGEMENT INTEGRATED SYSTEM POLICY

 With its Management Integrated System, DM Construtora is committed with:

• Implementing works with quickness and quality aiming the customers and collaborators satisfaction, assuring technical, normative, contractual specifications and environmental, health, and social responsibility legislation;

 • Continuously improve SIG with systematic effort in the sense of environmental impacts minimization of its activities, products and services, optimizing available resources in a sustainable economically way preventing pollution;

Controlling risks to promote safety and health at work;

• Respect the principle of the national and international work conventions related to social responsibility.
